Job summary

The Inside Sales Representative, Military at Seal Dynamics LLC in Hauppauge, NY coordinates international military sales opportunities, manages accounts, quotations, orders and government contracts while liaising with regional managers and internal teams.

You will lead RFQ/RFP activities, maintain market intelligence, ensure export compliance, and support conversations with foreign military customers and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Program Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in defense/aerospace sales, inside sales, international sales, program management, contracts, or customer account management preferred.
• Familiarity with military or government RFQ/RFP and procurement processes preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. export compliance requirements, including ITAR and EAR, is highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating with international customers, sales representatives, agents, distributors, or government organizations is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; Syteline ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, countries, programs, and deadlines while coordinating effectively across internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned foreign military customer accounts, inquiries, quotations, orders, programs, and contracts from opportunity identification through completion.
• Coordinate regional sales activities with established market strategies, supporting direct customer engagement.
• Assist Regional Sales Managers, agents, representatives, and Product Managers in identifying, qualifying, and strategically routing RFQ/RFP opportunities.
• Manage the quotation process for assigned customers, including internal coordination of pricing, lead times, product requirements, and proposal documentation.
• Lead coordination for RFPs, RFQs, and contract opportunities to ensure accurate and timely responses.
• Monitor applicable government bid boards, procurement websites, and customer portals for military solicitations and new business opportunities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned international military customers, sales representatives, and agents.
• Coordinate recurring agent and representative calls, track open opportunities and actions, and maintain visibility of regional sales activity.
