Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support go‑to‑market strategy, brand positioning, and channel segmentation across regional retail and DTC channels.
  • Lead product and category launches, including merchandising narrative and campaign planning.
  • Optimize and execute integrated marketing campaigns with cross‑functional teams and regional partners.
  • Collaborate on the development, refinement and localization of packaging, assets, and marketing materials in partnership with creative and product teams.

  • Provide training and resources for internal and partner teams, to support sell‑in and post‑launch success.
  • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of target markets, regional opportunities, and effectively communicate competitive advantages.

Required Qualifications:

  • Smart and organized with a GSD (get stuff done) attitude. Capable of prioritizing and keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously is a must.
  • Team player, capable of managing relationships across functional areas and clear communication across different languages and cultures.
  • Proven track record of leading cross‑functional product launched.
  • Commercial acumen and familiarity with both retail and direct‑to‑consumer models
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — with an ability to simplify and clarify
  • Data‑fluent, with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategy

Desired Qualifications:

  • French language proficiency preferred
