Responsibilities

Documentation & compliance: prepare and complete import/export docs per laws and regulations.
Freight & trade management: coordinate with LSPs for bookings and mobilization/demobilization.
End-to-end shipping: lead international shipments from Texas.
Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and external providers.
Monitoring: track shipments and provide visibility; collect PODs.
Continuous improvement: identify gaps, drive cost reductions and service improvements.
Escalate high-impact issues to management for timely resolution.
