Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works in safety-compliant environment and supports shipping operations.
• CARRIES out fulfillment of international shipments by determining shipping method and arranging pickup.
• Consolidates materials from Branch Plants into export shipments; ensures proper packing.
• Prepares shipping documents such as export licenses, customs declarations.
• Maintains files and records of shipments and coordinates with customers and internal departments.
• Communicates with freight forwarders and internal teams by phone and email to resolve issues.
• Assists with domestic shipping as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
