Job summary

University of Wisconsin Oshkosh seeks an International Enrollment and Student Services Recruitment Coordinator to advance global enrollment and student success. You will advise prospective and admitted international students and support immigration processes and cultural adjustment.

As a Designated School Official (DSO) and, if assigned, Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO), you will interpret federal regulations, prepare immigration documents, and collaborate with campus partners to ensure

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience advising, recruiting, or supporting students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with varied audiences, manage multiple priorities and exercise sound professional judgement.
• Ability to meet federal eligibility requirements to serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) and, if assigned, an Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work occasional evenings and weekends as required by recruitment, orientation and student programming responsibilities.

• Delivers admissions messaging to internal and external audiences.
• Schedules events and coordinates resources for recruitment activities.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and recommends improvements.
