Job summary

University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh seeks an International Enrollment and Student Services Recruitment Coordinator to advance international enrollment and student success. You will work with the Office of Global Engagement to support recruitment, counseling, and immigration processes for international students.

The role includes serving as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 students, coordinating with Admissions, Registrar, and other campus partners, and developing programs to help

Qualifications

• Experience advising, recruiting, or supporting students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with varied audiences and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to meet federal eligibility requirements to serve as a DSO (and an ARO if assigned).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals.
• Delivers admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences.
• Schedules logistics and secures resources for events to promote the institution.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and provides improvement recommendations.
• Develops international recruitment–focused strategic planning initiatives.
