Responsibilities
- Lead and grow your team of developers, setting goals and providing feedback.
- Define technical strategy and prioritize work with product and partner teams for international products.
- Ensure backend services and distributed products are highly available, secure, and performant.
- Mentor engineers and manage hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with product, design, and compliance to deliver initiatives on schedule.
