Job summary

Cal Poly's International Center is seeking a Data Systems Support Coordinator to manage Terra Dotta modules and related university systems at CPIC, reporting to the Assistant Director. The role requires translating complex tech into efficient workflows and collaborating across diverse teams on campus.

Qualifications

Demonstrated customer service skills with diplomacy and professionalism.

Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn University infrastructure, policies, procedures, and precedents.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical administrator and operational coordinator for CPIC’s enterprise software landscape.
Translate complex technical functionalities into streamlined department workflows.
Work with a high degree of independence to support international initiatives and systems.
