Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of technical or administrative experience.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to learn university infrastructure, policies, procedures, and precedents.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing organizational, procedural and technological policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical administrator for CPIC’s software landscape, including Terra Dotta modules.
• Translate complex technical functionalities into streamlined department workflows.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and maintain effective working relationships across the university.
