Job summary

Riviera Dining Group in Florida is seeking international Chefs de Partie to join our luxury culinary teams in Miami and Winter Park through a 12-month J-1 Trainee Program. This is a hands-on opportunity to work in high-end, high-volume restaurants alongside renowned Michelin-starred leaders.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years as Chef de Partie, experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, strong culinary skills, basic English, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is an opportunity for qualified international culinary professionals to gain hands‑on experience in high‑end, high‑volume restaurants alongside accomplished chefs, including Michelin‑starred culinary leaders.
