Job summary

IBC Bank is seeking a Foreign Operations Legal Assistant to support the Foreign Operations Review Analyst in opening and revising foreign business deposit accounts. You will compile documentation and help ensure a high level of customer service under the We Do More ethos.

The role focuses on processing transactions, preparing reports for management, and coordinating with sales and supervisor teams. Strong English/Spanish communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience handling financial transactions preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor to identify and assist with internal corporate calls related to international deposit accounts.
• Assist sales staff with reports.
• Conduct searches to produce preliminary information needed for the opening of foreign business accounts.
• Review Depositors Agreements Exceptions Report to clear exceptions.
• Generate reports required by Management.
• Other duties as assigned.
