Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, Assistant UAE Country Director to support U.S.–UAE security cooperation and FMS activities. You will manage U.S.–UAE FMS programs, coordinate with U.S. and UAE agencies, and advance national security objectives and the U.S.

Air Force/Space Force relationships with partners. The role requires a Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in related areas, with 3+ years in USAF FMS.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with the U.S. Air Force, DoW, or international relations.
• At least 3+ years of experience with U.S. Air Force FMS.
• Experience supporting or engaging with U.S. Government, defense, or international military organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of U.S.–UAE Security Cooperation and FMS programs.
• Coordinate daily activities among U.S. defense agencies, industry, and UAE partners.
• Develop Congressional Notifications for FMS cases and coordinate actions.
• Lead program reviews and delegations to the UAE.
• Host foreign partners during visits to the United States.
• Track UAE FMS case progress and maintain key relationships.
• Plan events such as international trade shows and SME exchanges.
• Travel domestically and internationally ~20% of the time.
