The University of Utah’s Office of Admissions in Salt Lake City seeks an Assistant Director of International Recruitment to lead and coordinate international recruitment efforts. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and assessing a comprehensive plan to attract international students to the Salt Lake City campus.

Under the Deputy Director of Admissions, you will supervise International Admission Counselors, build relationships with schools and partners, and ensure exceptional customer

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area; four years of progressively more responsible management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in planning/directing staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Ability to perform essential functions as outlined in the position description.
• Master’s degree may be preferred.

Mansioni

• Set recruitment short- and long-term goals; establish internal objectives and procedures.
• Develop, implement, report on, and assess an international recruitment plan.
• Analyze data to improve international recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Supervise and support full-time International Admission Counselors.
• Coordinate with other recruitment managers to maintain accountability and teamwork.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Welcome Center.
