Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Associate Analyst for New Accounts Foreign Account Operations to support onboarding and maintenance of international client accounts. You will handle documentation, coordinate with internal departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional service to stakeholders.

The role requires detail orientation, adaptability, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in financial operations and international account processing.
• 1+ years of experience with BETA and New Account Opening Tool.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of foreign accounts, including reviewing and processing account opening documentation.
• Communicate with clients, advisors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries related to international account setup and maintenance.
• Monitor workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of account-related tasks.
• Respond to phone calls and emails regarding account status, documentation requirements, and general inquiries.
• Utilize internal systems to input, track, and update client account information.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and other departments to ensure adherence to international regulations (e.g., AML/KYC).
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of client documentation.
• Assist in training new team members on foreign account procedures and systems.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing requested documentation and process explanations.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures.
