Job summary

Wellington Management seeks an Internal Wholesaler - Sub-Advised Insurance Distribution to coordinate and advance our insurance-channel distribution strategy. You will work with External Wholesalers, Business Development Managers and Relationship Managers to drive engagement across insurance partners and manage content, training, and events.

The role requires highly organized collaboration, relationship-building across stakeholders, and the ability to move initiatives forward while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or insurance distribution is required.
• Strong interest in investment management and capital markets.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or ability to obtain) preferred.
• CFA, CAIA or other designation not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance-channel distribution strategy with internal and external partners.
• Serve as central coordinator for distribution initiatives and communications.
• Build relationships with insurance home-office personnel and sales desks.
• Deliver educational content, presentations, and market updates.
• Manage marketing materials and client-facing resources.
• Coordinate follow-up activities from meetings and events.
• Support positioning of Wellington strategies in insurance vehicles.
• Plan field activities, desk visits, and distribution events.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Investments, and Relationship teams.
