Job summary

Wellington Management seeks an Internal Wholesaler - Sub-Advised Insurance Distribution to support its insurance-channel strategy. You will coordinate content, trainings, and partner engagement, working with internal teams and external partners to advance the firm’s distribution objectives.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in asset management, internal sales, insurance distribution, or related roles.
Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain); CFA/CAIA preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with External Wholesalers and Relationship Managers to support insurance-channel distribution strategy.
Coordinate and serve as a central coordinator across distribution initiatives.
Maintain relationships with insurance company home-office personnel and distribution partners.
Coordinate and deliver educational content, presentations, market updates, and training sessions.
Maintain marketing materials, client-facing resources, and presentation content.
Coordinate follow-up activities from meetings and campaigns.
