Job summary

Eon seeks a Software Engineer to join the Solutions Architecture group, building internal tools and automations that help the team move faster and operate at scale. You will own projects end‑to‑end, collaborating with Solutions Architects to translate workflows into practical, scalable software.

You’ll prototype quickly, validate with users, and push production-ready solutions that integrate with Eon’s platforms and data sources.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-grade apps.
• Proficient in Python or another modern language.
• Experience building internal tools and SaaS apps.
• Able to translate user needs into scalable solutions.
• Comfortable working with technical users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and applications for the Solutions Architecture organization.
• Automate repetitive technical and operational workflows.
• Develop tools that improve solution design, customer prep, demos, and documentation.
• Work directly with Solutions Architects to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Prototype quickly, validate with users, and productionize successful prototypes.
• Integrate internal systems, APIs, data sources, and third-party platforms.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams for platform integrations.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem definition to deployment and iteration.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and effectiveness through automation.
