Job summary

Eon is seeking a Solutions Engineering Developer to join the Solutions Architecture team. This hands‑on role blends software development with architecture, building internal tools, automations, and production‑quality applications that scale with the business.

You’ll work closely with Solutions Architects, translate their workflows into practical tooling, prototype quickly, and drive projects from concept to production in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production‑quality apps.
• Proficient in Python or another modern language.
• Experience building internal tools, automation, developer tools, or SaaS apps.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to turn ambiguous problems into simple solutions.
• Ability to work directly with technical users and understand workflows.
• A builder mentality — you enjoy taking an idea to usable solution.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, ambiguous startup environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and applications for the Solutions Architecture organization.
• Automate repetitive technical and operational workflows.
• Develop tools that improve solution design, customer preparation, demos, technical discovery, and documentation.
• Work directly with Solutions Architects to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Prototype quickly, validate with users, and turn prototypes into production‑quality tools.
• Integrate internal systems, APIs, data sources, and third‑party platforms.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams for core platform integrations.
• Own projects end‑to‑end from problem definition to deployment and iteration.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity of the Solutions organization through software.
