Job summary

Eon is seeking a Solutions Engineering Developer to join our Solutions Architecture team. You’ll build internal tools and automation that accelerate the Solutions group, turning user needs into practical, scalable software.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of development and architecture, delivering production-quality tooling that supports rapid, reliable demos and customer-ready workflows. You’ll collaborate with Solutions Architects and cross-functional teams to define problems,

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-quality apps/tools.
• Proficiency in Python or another modern language.
• Experience building internal tools, automation, or SaaS apps.
• Strong problem-solving skills for ambiguous problems.
• Ability to work directly with technical users and understand workflows.
• Builder mentality: translate conversations into usable solutions.
• Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and applications for the Solutions Architecture organization.
• Automate repetitive technical and operational workflows.
• Develop tools to improve solution design, customer preparation, demos, and documentation.
• Work with Solutions Architects to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Prototype quickly, validate with users, and productionize successful prototypes.
• Integrate internal systems, APIs, data sources, and third-party platforms.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams for platform integrations.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem to deployment and iteration.
• Identify opportunities to boost productivity and effectiveness through software.
