Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher.
• Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment.
• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, lunch areas, playgrounds, and other locations.
• Provide instructional support and facilitate activities.
• Communicate with staff regarding student needs, attendance, or behavior issues.
• Leave detailed notes for the regular classroom teacher regarding student progress.
• Adapt teaching methods or provide materials to support understanding.
• Report incidents or disciplinary issues to appropriate staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
