Responsibilities and Duties

Performs a wide range of general administrative and/or technical accountabilities and operations, and analyzes and completes respective projects or concepts, in order to deliver functional specific internal services, for an organization assigned. Ensure accurate and timely implementation of materials and pricing for Imaging Equipment and Services. Establish a partnership with Equipment and Service Marketing Product Managers, Sales, Field Organizations, and global colleagues. Support Service Sales, Quote to Booking and Life-Cycle Organization improvements. Engage with the business colleagues to proactively manage the implementation and rollout of equipment and services. Utilize Quality Framework by actively participating in Root Cause Analysis to drive process changes. Participate in roll‑out, training and communication of process improvements and projects. Write detailed business requirements documents. Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools. Self‑motivated, highly collaborative, creative, goal and growth oriented, and team‑centric. Excellent written and verbal communication skill. Collaborate across departments to identify and implement changes in process gaps. Some traveling may be required. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions. Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement. Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools. Adaptable to change, and work well within a team environment. Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; power apps preferred). Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ownership and accountability.

Preferred Education

BS/BA in business or related fields preferred.
