Beltone is seeking an Internal Sales Rep - Medical Devices/HCT in Fishers, IN. This role starts in a patient-facing capacity within hearing healthcare, emphasizing sales, service, and skilled care. Training and licensing support lead toward a Hearing Care Specialist license.

You will gain hands-on experience with patient care, hearing aid adjustments, and collaborative care within a clinical setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
• Interest in pursuing a career in hearing care with licensing pathway.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings.
• Assist with hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provide personalized care and usage instructions to patients.
• Support sales and patient follow-up to build and maintain patient relationships.
• Collaborate with the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure patient needs are met and treatment plans are followed.
• Maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks related to patient care.
