Adecco in Kansas City is seeking an Internal Recruiter for our KC Branch in a temp-to-hire role. You will source, screen, and recruit candidates, conduct phone interviews, schedule interviews with managers, and maintain an active talent pipeline.
You will post ads across platforms, manage ATS records, and assist with onboarding while collaborating with branch leadership to meet staffing needs. This in-person role offers growth potential.

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of open positions.
Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
Partner with Branch leadership to identify current and future staffing needs.
Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ATS systems is a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
