Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Internal Recruiter to support recruiting operations across our Holland and Grand Rapids offices. This role focuses on building relationships, sourcing candidates, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling between both office locations, managing multiple priorities, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding and build pipelines for

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for a variety of client positions.
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments.
• Manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and community outreach to attract candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with clients and internal partners.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
• Support hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, associates, and clients.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
