Job summary

Fameccanica North America is seeking an Internal Quality Control Technician to guard product quality from incoming parts through production. You will inspect parts, verify CoCs and certs, identify nonconforming material, and collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality to drive containment and corrective actions.

The role requires 2+ years in quality inspection, reading engineering drawings with GD&T basics, and experience with nonconformance reporting and QMS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quality inspection or manufacturing.
• Experience using precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T basics.
• Experience with nonconformance reporting and quality systems.
• Supplier quality or outsourced manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar systems.
• FAI, CMM, ERP/MRP, or QMS experience.
• Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Standing for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities
