NuLine is a full-service waste company, managing projects involving the disposal, transportation, and handling of hazardous, non-hazardous, and industrial waste. Our mission is to provide a white glove service for our clients and to alleviate the increasing burden and headache of waste management programs. We are a small but versatile organization built to respond quickly, move efficiently, and problem solve as a trusted extension of our clients. Our service is unmatched because we invest our time, effort, and resources into the development of our people and building a culture where A-Players thrive. A-Players come to NuLine - and stay - because of what the role offers them. For some, it is enjoying coming to work, being a part of an energetic, upbeat, dynamic culture. For others, it is incentive and pay-based. For others still, it is about the ability to be a part of a company’s growth and their own personal growth.
The Internal Project Coordinator serves as the operational hub between our customers, the sales team, service / transportation / disposal partners, and our field operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating the administrative, logistical, financial, and other project management-related activities to ensure projects move efficiently from initial customer request through estimating, shipment, final disposal, and ultimately invoicing. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Internal Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely, and professional service while helping our operations team execute projects efficiently and compliantly.

We really are looking for team members that will match our current culture of connection, speed, high work ethic, value - AND bring something unique to our team. We are looking for people that are positive, coachable, problem solving, go-getting, and growth focused. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, detail-oriented and have a desire to grow both personally and professionally. This role is demanding, fast-paced, and highly accountable - if that sounds off-putting to you, do not apply for this opportunity. This is not a steppingstone for short-term employment or for someone looking to do the bare minimum and move on. If you are not interested in building real knowledge / skills and investing in a long-term career, this is not the job for you.
If you prefer predictable, repetitive days where nothing changes, you will not like this role. If you get overwhelmed when priorities shift, customers have urgent needs, or problems have to be solved in real time, this will not be a good fit. If you struggle with being organized in a professional setting, managing your time effectively, or cannot meet deadlines consistently – this may not be the best fit for you.
This role is built for people who take pride in doing things right, work hard when no one is watching, and want to build something meaningful over time.
