Job summary

Chrysalis Employment Services operates through its ESEs to provide transitional workforce opportunities and structured back-office support for client employers. The Internal Operations Coordinators (IOC) help manage fleets, payroll processes, onboarding, and equipment provisioning, ensuring staffing coverage and contract compliance across Chrysalis programs.

Responsibilities

Participate in design and execution of Internal Operations projects.
Maintain case management databases (Salesforce) with timely case notes and service entries.
Place transitional client workers in ESE positions to meet all contractual obligations.
Oversee inventory of supplies and equipment for ESEs, including uniforms.
Deliver weekly new hire orientations and trainings for incoming transitional client workers.
Support personnel processes and ensure policies are followed with Human Resources.
