Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking an Employment Coach to deliver customized employment services to individuals through discovery, job search planning, job development, negotiation and post-employment support. Under supervision, you will supervise individuals at their jobs, build employer relationships, and train individuals on required duties within Chrysalis policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass a criminal background check and be eligible to drive.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with customized employment approaches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the individual's team and employer.
• Provide customized employment services via discovery, planning, and post-employment support.
• Supervise individuals in their jobs and coordinate with employers.
• Maintain timely documentation and records per Chrysalis and state requirements.
• Support problem solving and renegotiate with employers as needed.
