Job summary

Bayview Fund Management, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support residential projects from acquisition through completion in Savannah, GA or Charleston, SC. You will work with Project Managers to coordinate scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and field operations while ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

The role requires local presence in the Savannah or Charleston markets with a base salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in construction, residential renovations, or project coordination preferred.
• Experience in residential construction or property renovations is a plus but not required.
• Internship or entry-level PM exposure will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating residential renovations from planning through completion.
• Support pre-purchase property inspections and scope development.
• Help schedule contractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries to meet timelines.
• Track project progress and provide updates to Project Managers.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, schedules, and files.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed.
• Conduct routine site visits to document progress.
• Monitor milestones and raise scheduling or budget concerns as needed.
• Support permit, inspection, and compliance activities.
• Help keep job sites organized and compliant with safety expectations.

Overview

The Associate Project Manager supports the residential projects from property acquisition through completion. Working closely with and under the guidance of Project Managers, this role coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, documentation, quality control, and field operations to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while gaining hands‑on experience in residential construction project management. Must be local in the Savannah, GA or Charleston, SC areas for the role as property locations are in both areas. Pay range for the role is $50,000 to $65,000 base salary.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in construction, residential renovations, project coordination, construction administration, estimating, or a relatedfield preferred.
• Experience in residential construction, home remodeling, or property renovations is preferred but notrequired.
• Internship or entry-level experience in construction project management will also be considered.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a relatedfield preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic understanding of residential construction processes and terminology preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between job sites within the market.

Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration

• OSHA 10 preferred.
