Qualifications

• Certified Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) preferred or pending licensure; experienced assistants with specialty experience encouraged.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience; internal medicine experience a bonus.
• Anesthesia experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
• Assist with surgeries and procedures, including anesthesia, ultrasound/CT/MRI, endoscopy, etc.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records with practice systems.
• Obtain health history from clients and update medical charts.
• Maintain sterile, organized treatment areas and labs.
• Mentor and support fellow team members.
