Qualifications

• MD/DO required and board certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS).
• Eligibility for Georgia medical license and hospital privileges.
• DEA registration and BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and operation of the Internal Medicine Residency Program with focus on Quality Improvement and Patient Safety.
• Serve as Medical Director of the resident continuity clinic (CIMA) and supervise Internal Medicine residents.
• Lead resident recruitment, scholarly activities, mentoring, and rotation development.
