Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician in Fort Worth, TX to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This role emphasizes a No-Call lifestyle with no nights or weekends, and a Monday–Friday schedule that supports work-life balance.

You will apply internal medicine expertise to manage chronic wounds, coordinate care with post-acute teams, and perform bedside procedures with full training provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas (or eligibility).
• DEA license (or eligibility).
• Open background welcomed; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures as needed.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic wounds and underlying conditions.
• Collaborative care with skilled nursing facilities and post-acute teams.
