The mobile practice covers facilities within a 40–60 mile radius; typical day involves 20–30 patients across 2–3 sites, with real-time documentation in a wound-specific EMR and ongoing training through fellowship programs.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO medical license in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in facilities across multiple sites.
• Engage in wound management training and fellowship programs to achieve clinical excellence.
• Deliver care in post-acute settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day and manage approximately 20–30 patients per day.
• Document care at the point of care, in real-time during rounds, using the proprietary wound-specific EMR.
