Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure: active, full, unrestricted physician license in a US state/territory.
• Graduate Training: at least one year of supervised clinical experience after residency may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal medicine inpatient and outpatient care.
• Lead multidisciplinary clinical team within medical home.
• Coordinate care across hospital, subspecialty, and community services.
• Provide consultative medicine and teaching to residents/interns.
• Adhere to HIPAA and complete required documentation.
