Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Residency in Internal Medicine (4 years) completed at an accredited program.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Internal Medicine Physician in a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and inpatient ward attending.
• Coordinate and/or integrates care across the healthcare system and admit patients when appropriate.
• Lead multidisciplinary clinical team responsible for panel management and patient care.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultative services for the Internal Medicine service; be available for on-call consults.
• Teach residents and interns; contribute to quality improvement and Continuous Medical Education.
