Job summary

Lancesoft in Dallas, Texas, invites a Staff Physician – Internal Medicine to join our Health Equity & Value-Based Care Faculty. This full-time, direct-hire role blends outpatient care with resident education and leadership in population health within a collaborative academic environment.

The physician will mentor residents, teach in primary care, population health, health equity and value-based care, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of ACGME or AMA-approved Internal Medicine residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Texas Medical License or willingness to obtain
• Interest in academic medicine and resident education
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care for adult patients
• Deliver evidence-based and value-based care focused on improving patient outcomes
• Utilize population health tools, care coordination strategies, and risk stratification methods
• Address social determinants of health and healthcare disparities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including care managers, pharmacists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, community partners
• Help establish and improve value-based clinical workflows and standards
• Participate in quality improvement and operational initiatives
