LanceSoft, Inc. in Towson, Maryland seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a well-established outpatient practice.

You will provide comprehensive primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, perform wellness exams, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no inpatient duties and relocation assistance for qualified candidates; excellent benefits are included.

Competenze

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or licensure eligibility.
• Current DEA registration.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform annual wellness exams, preventive care visits, and health screenings.
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory guidelines.
