Job summary

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our Boca Raton, Florida medical center. This 100% outpatient role focuses on patient-centered primary care for all ages, in a collaborative team environment with strong clinical support.

Eligible candidates have MD/DO, Florida license or eligibility, DEA registration, and a passion for value-based care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong patient-centered primary care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate with specialists and the care team.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Document in the EMR and educate patients on health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Schedule

• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to improve quality outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
