Job summary

Sanitas Medical Centers in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan in a 100% outpatient setting.

You will work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with no weekends or on-call responsibilities, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team and modern technology, in a value-based care environment focused on quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease management.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
• Participate in quality initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes and population health.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Full, active Florida medical license preferred.
• Lake Worth is an ACN location; eligible physicians without a full Florida medical license may be considered based on applicable requirements.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, comprehensive primary care.
• Ability and willingness to care for patients across the lifespan.
