Job summary

Medrina seeks a Medical Director for its Green Bay, WI market in a physician-owned, private practice model.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, ARF/SNF coverage, and NP support with profit sharing. APP supervision stipends are available if desired. Earn $400K+ with proven income from current physicians.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Current Wisconsin medical license to practice.
• Private practice experience with flexible scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical director responsibilities in ARF/SNF settings.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the care team.
• Ensure quality patient care and compliance with policy requirements.

Medrina is a large, physician-owned practice that has been a national group for over 15 years. As a regional leader growing nationwide, we are currently looking to add a Medical Director to the team in our Green Bay, WI market.

• Medical Director (additional stipend)
• Monday - Friday
• ARF and SNF Combination
• Private practice model with flexible scheduling

• Earn $400K+ - proven income by current physicians
• APP supervision available if desired (additional stipends)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
