Job summary

Privia Medical Group in Owings Mills, MD, is expanding its internal medicine service line within a premier obstetrics-gynecology practice. We seek a self-motivated physician with 2+ years post-residency experience to build and lead the Internal Medicine arm and enjoy a turnkey patient base, built-in referrals, and a clear path to partnership.

Expect a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule, with manageable patient volumes and support from long-term staff.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
• Minimum of 2+ years of post-residency clinical experience (no new graduates).
• Seeking a self-motivated, long-term physician to build and lead an Internal Medicine arm within an established women's health group.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of Internal Medicine within a thriving OB/GYN group.
• Manage an adult primary care panel with preventative care and chronic disease management.
• Oversee recruitment and supervision of APPs as the service line grows.
• Provide direct patient care with a balanced outpatient schedule.
