Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physicians to join a high-volume hospitalist program within a large integrated health care system. This opportunity provides a balanced schedule, strong specialty support, and a collaborative inpatient environment.

The hospitalist team offers a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour day shifts, no call responsibilities, and an average of 15–20 patients per provider.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for adult patients.
• Admit and manage patients from the emergency department and transfers.
• Provide consultative and co-management services with specialists.
• Collaborate with intensivists in care of critically ill patients (no procedures required).
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, case management, and specialty services.
