CaduceusMedicalRecruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physicians to join a well-established, high-volume hospitalist program within a large, integrated health care system. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule, strong specialty support, and a collaborative inpatient environment.

The role features a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour daytime shifts and no on-call requirements, supporting a stable work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for adult patients.
• Admit and manage patients from the emergency department and transfers.
• Collaborate with intensivists and specialists for co-management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient throughput.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for adult patients.
• Admit and manage patients from the emergency department and transfers.
• Provide consultative and co-management services with specialists.
• Collaborate with intensivists for care of critically ill patients (no procedures required).
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, case management, and specialty services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record.
