Qualifications

• Requires 4 year degree (BSN/BAN/BAS Respiratory Therapy).
• Montana license as RN or RT is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides departmental leadership and staffing oversight, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training and performance coaching in collaboration with HR.
• Develops and implements education plans and conducts regular staff meetings to drive professional growth and policy adherence.
• Plans staffing levels to meet patient/resident workload within budgetary standards and ensure high quality care.
• Supports policy development to maintain safe, compliant, and high-quality clinical environments.
• Facilitates communication among health care providers and physicians to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Assists with department planning, budgeting, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
