Position Summary

Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at one of our 8 clinics throughout Vancouver, WA, with additional openings in Portland, OR. The role manages its own primary care panel, providing evidence‑based care to patients 18 years and older in a 100% outpatient setting.

Employment Details

• Full-time or Part-time (0.6–1.0 FTE)
• Flexible schedule: 4 days per week
• Shared call among Washington clinicians (phone only)
• Primary care panel management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience (new graduates not eligible)
• Advanced Practice Clinician credential (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
• Experience in evidence‑based care for adult patients (18+)

Compensation & Benefits

• Production model; 1-year guarantee of $145,000, with upside earning potential
• Benefits start on the first of the month following one month of employment (where eligible), including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long-term disability, health savings account, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, and supplemental benefits (voluntary life, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, legal services, etc.)
• 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer matching contribution, 409A Deferred Compensation Plan (eligible shareholder physicians)
