Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group in Clinton, MS is seeking an Internal Marketing Representative to provide administrative and marketing support for the Marketing Department and the Executive VP of Marketing. The role involves maintaining agent databases, processing agent setups, and generating reports for leadership.

You will handle document preparation, product catalog maintenance for states served, and coordination of information blasts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a database of active insurance agents.
• Process new agent setups and updates to existing agents.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports for the marketing department.
• Maintain and update the insurance product catalog for each state the company serves.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
• Prepare, format, and edit documents; handle general office duties.
• Answer phone calls and emails; order office supplies as needed.
• Prepare and coordinate release of information blasts to insurance agents.
• Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
