Bridge Specialty Group is seeking an Internal Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Clinton, MS. You will provide administrative support for the Marketing Department and the Executive VP of Marketing, managing agent data, reports, and catalogs.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and relationship-building as we connect more than 25 boutique brands across the wholesale brokerage marketplace and support our clients with timely, accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a database of active insurance agents.
• Process new insurance agent setups and updates to existing insurance agents.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports for the marketing department.
• Maintain and update the insurance product catalog for each state in which the company conducts business.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
• Prepare, format, and edit a variety of documents.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails and order office supplies as needed.
• Prepare and coordinate the release of information blasts provided to insurance agents.
• Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
