Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process all policy changes as requested by agents and insureds.
• Assist Underwriters with renewal processing and follow up requests with agents.
• Assist Underwriters with inspection review and follow-up with agents on identified hazards.
• Monitor policies for recommendation compliance.
• Communicate with agents and insureds to assist with basic policy questions.
• Liaise between departments.
• Participate in various projects as they arise.
