Job summary

Nature's Way in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Technician/Machine Operator on the 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm, Mon-Fri). You will run and monitor production machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and document activities to support quality and efficiency.

As you grow, you can advance through technician levels; provided pay raises via Proficiency Program. You must read SOPs and cGMPs in English, have a high school diploma or GED, and bring a reliable work ethic and team-first mindset.

Manufacturing Technician/Machine Operator

Shifts: 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician - you'll run machines and help produce highquality products. You'll troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production running efficiently. You'll also maintain accurate documentation of production activities. As you grow your technical expertise, you'll continue advancing through our technician levels. Possible pay raises every 4-6 months through our Proficiency Program.
