Nature's Way is seeking a Manufacturing Technician/Machine Operator in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a technician, you'll run machines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production documentation. Responsibilities include monitoring machine operation, following SOPs, and reporting any concerns.
We prefer candidates with a high school diploma or GED, who can read SOPs and possess basic math skills. This role includes physical demands such as standing for eight hours and lifting up to 60 lbs. Join us to advance your technical expertise with potential pay raises every 4–6 months.
Shifts:
2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday – Friday
3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am, Sunday – Thursday
As a Manufacturing Technician – you’ll run machines and help produce high‑quality products. You’ll troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production running efficiently. You’ll also maintain accurate documentation of production activities. As you grow your technical expertise, you’ll continue advancing through our technician levels. Possible pay raises every 4–6 months through our Proficiency Program.
